    this thing fits right on my hip and doesn't move. Holds all my stuff from clif bloks to salt caps and chapstick. I also put my credit card and other nutrition in here. I don't put my phone in here because it's huge and would probably bounce but idk. The strap is easy to adjust while you're running and you forget it's even there...feels good to have a spot to put pepper spray and other defense items too for night runs. overall happy..I bought it at marathon sports.
