Amphipod Warranty

We design, engineer, and test every product here in Seattle, Washington. As a small, independently owned business we take the quality of our products very seriously. Each product is checked at the point of manufacture and again just before we ship it out – every light turned on for brightness, every bottle checked for seal, and more to ensure you’re receiving the best product.

If you have an issue related to a manufacturing defect, despite our rigorous construction and inspection process, please see below.  This warranty covers any Amphipod products that have a defect in the materials or workmanship within one year of purchase. Read on for details and requirements to initiate a defects warranty claim.

What’s covered?

Defects in materials and workmanship within one year of purchase.

What’s not covered?

Normal wear and tear or damage due to regular use.

Examples of things not covered:

• Breaking when dropped, chewed by a dog, or run over by a car
• The coin battery needs to be replaced
• The belt or vest was run through a washing machine or care instructions not followed
• Damaged vest lighting tubing that has been pulled out of the housing

Email ALL of the below required information to support@amphipod.com to begin your claim.

1. Itemized purchase receipt with date and store
2. Photographs of the product highlighting the defect and wide shot showing the whole product
3. A brief description of the issue
